Aloe vera is a wonderful plant with cooling effect and so many uses including wound healing, helping treat sun burns, skin ailments, insect bites and many more.
Aloe vera powder 200:1 is the concentrated version of mature aloe vera leaves. These are harvested by hand and the inner gel removed by a hand-filleting process. The gel fillets are ground, filtered and concentrated under vacuum and mechanically spray-dried into powder.

Aloe vera powder 200:1 needs to be hydrated for use in lotions/creams. You basically take 1g of aloe powder and add 199g of deionised water to create aloe vera juice for your formulae.
Due to the acidic nature of aloe vera powder, we strongly advise that you use a suitable preservative +/- pH adjuster in your water based formulae.
